Well I missed yesterday so I have two for today. This tutorial came from Elements Techniques which is a site you have to belong to in order to view the lessons. This one is for a tut on changing daylight to night time..
I love this tut and love how this came out. I added the stars with brushes and the moon I took from one of my other photo's and added a glow around it.

You are having some real fun with your Elements, aren't you! I especially love the day-into-night technique. That watercolor one boggles my mind! It looks just like an actual WC, are you SURE you didn't paint that yourself? LOL!
